Availability
All artwork is subject to availability and is sold on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event that a print or original becomes unavailable after payment has been made you will be informed by email and a full refund will be issued unless you request to take the next available delivery date.
Delivery charges
Orders for UK mainland delivery is £3.99 per order and £15.99 for the rest of Europe. Check the drop down menu on payment page for your country listings. NB: Wildlife cards are free delivery for UK mainland and rest of Europe.
Delivery
Goods are normally dispatched same working day of order if placed before 11.am and is subject to stock availability. If you have a query or special requirements such as urgent delivery please contact me. For UK mainland deliveries, customers can expect to receive orders via Royal Mail within 2 – 5 working days. Delivery to Europe is by trackable Royal Mail Airsure or International signed for subject to destination. you should receive your order within 5 - 14 working days of dispatch. Dispatch is the responsibility of the seller; delivery insurance costs are met by the seller. Once delivered, the buyer will be the owner of the artwork and therefore responsible for any loss or damage. A buyer must refuse to take delivery of the artwork if damage is evident on arrival. If a buyer refuses to take delivery of the artwork for any reason other than evident damage, then expenses incurred by the seller for delivery and return of the item will be deducted from any refund if due.
Order cancellation
I will accept order cancellations at any time prior to dispatch and refund all moneys paid by the purchaser. Please note that dispatch is normally the same working day of order if order was placed before 11.am.
Returns / Refunds
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund or exchange then please contact me prior to returning goods. Returns without prior notification maybe refused. A full refund will be given if the item is returned within 14 days and is undamaged with its original packaging. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless returning faulty goods. On receipt of returned item I will contact you to make arrangements for refund or exchange.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are pounds sterling. Payments of import duties or taxes that may apply in countries outside the UK remain the responsibility of the customer. Price and description of artwork is valid at the time of order. Any subsequent changes will not affect the order. E &OE.
Print Representation
Every care has been taken to provide an accurate representation of the prints and sketches, however due to individual monitor settings there could be slight
differences in line thickness and colour representation.
Copyright
In accordance with international copyright law, copyright of all works displayed and sold on this site remains the property of the artist. No copying, reproduction of the work in any form, for any purpose, private or commercial is allowed without prior written agreement from the artist.
