Availability
All artwork is subject to availability and is sold on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event that a print or original becomes unavailable after payment has been made you will be informed by email and a full refund will be issued unless you request to take the next available delivery date if still a stock item.
Delivery charges
Orders for UK mainland delivery is £6.99 per order and £19.99 for the rest of Europe. Check the drop down menu on payment page for your country listings. Wildlife cards are free delivery for UK mainland and rest of Europe.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched Mondays and Thursday. Orders placed on these days will be dispatched same day if received before 2.00 pm. If you require an urgent delivery please contact me. UK mainland orders are sent via Royal Mail, allow 2 – 5 working days from day of dispatch to receive order. Delivery to Europe is by trackable Royal Mail Airsure or International signed for subject to destination, you should receive your order within 5 - 14 working days of dispatch. Dispatch is the responsibility of the seller, delivery insurance costs are met by the seller. Once delivered, the purchaser will be the owner of the artwork and therefore responsible for any loss or damage. A buyer must refuse to take delivery of the artwork if damage is evident on arrival. If a buyer refuses to take delivery of the artwork for any reason other than evident damage, then expenses incurred by the seller for delivery and return of the item will be deducted from any refund if due.
Order cancellation
You have a seven working day cooling off period should you wish to cancle your order. The purchaser is liable for the cost of returning the goods. A full refund including the original delivery charge will be actioned on receipt of goods returned undamaged in it's original packaging.
Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund or exchange please contact me prior to returning goods. Returns without prior notification maybe refused. A full refund will be given if the item is returned within 14 days and is undamaged and in its original packaging. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless returning faulty goods.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are pounds sterling. Payments of import duties or taxes that may apply in countries outside the UK remain the responsibility of the customer. Price and description of artwork is valid at the time of order. Any subsequent changes will not affect the order. E &OE.
Copyright
In accordance with international copyright law, copyright of all works displayed and sold on this site remains the property of the artist. No copying, reproduction of the work in any form, for any purpose, private or commercial is allowed without prior written agreement from the artist.
