Availability

All artwork is subject to availability and is sold on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event that a print or original becomes unavailable after the purchase process has been completed, the unsuccessful buyer will be informed by email and a full refund will be issued.

Delivery

Goods are normally despatched within two working days of order subject to stock availability. If you have special requirements such as urgent delivery or over sea’s delivery then please contact me to discuss availability and cost. Customers can expect to receive goods within 4 – 7 working days For UK mainland and up to 14 working days if over seas from date of despatch. Despatch is the responsibility of the seller; delivery insurance costs are met by the seller. Once delivered, the buyer will be the owner of the artwork and therefore responsible for any loss or damage. A buyer must refuse to take delivery of the artwork if damage is evident on arrival. If a buyer refuses to take delivery of the artwork for any reason other than evident damage, then expenses incurred by the seller for delivery and return of the item will be deducted from any refund due.

Returns / Refunds

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund or exchange then please contact me prior to returning goods. Returns without prior notification maybe refused. A full refund will be given if the item is returned within 14 days and is undamaged with its original packaging. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless returning faulty goods. On receipt of returned item I will contacted you to make arrangements for refund or exchange.

Cancelation policy

I will accept order cancelations at any time prior to despatch and refund all moneys paid by the purchaser. Please note that despatch is normally within two working days of order.

Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in pounds sterling. Payments of any import duties or taxes that may apply in countries outside the UK remain the responsibility of the customer. The price and description of the artwork is valid at the time of order. Any subsequent changes will not affect the order. Postage and packing

For prints delivered to UK mainland P&P is £3.99 (1 parcel includes a max of 3 prints). Please email for delivery charges out side the UK.

Print Representation

Every care has been taken to provide an accurate representation of the prints and sketches, however due to individual monitor settings there could be slight differences in line thickness and colour representation.

Copyright

In accordance with international copyright law, copyright of all works displayed and sold on this site remains the property of the artist. No copying, reproduction of the work in any form, for any purpose, private or commercial is allowed without prior agreement in writing from the artist.
